Retirement system and implementation

  1. Starting from July 1, 2005, employees who are new employees and choose to apply for the retirement pension system of the Labor Pension Ordinance will contribute 6% of their monthly salary to the personal pension account of the Labor Insurance Bureau.
  2. Employees who choose to apply for the old pension system, and those who choose the new pension system but retain the seniority of the old system, will allocate 2% of their monthly salary to the labor retirement reserve fund and store it in the Central Trust Bureau’s retirement reserve fund account for protection.
