The company supports and abides by three important "international human rights documents" including the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights", the "International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights" and the "International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights", approved by 2/3 of the member states of the International Labor Organization. The "International Labor Convention" agreed to be ratified by the above, and the "Global Compact" proposed by United Nations Secretary-General Koffi Annan at the World Economic Forum on January 31, 1999 and other internationally recognized basic human rights norms and The company has referred to the laws and regulations in Taiwan and China for 109 years, including international labor conventions, the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, etc., to formulate policies that are in line with business ethics, environment, social issues, human rights and other public policy commitments.
We are committed to creating an environment that respects human rights and implement this for all employees (including but not limited to contract and temporary personnel, interns, etc.). And implement the company's human rights policy in accordance with the following principles.
