Niching Celebrates 30th Anniversary
Niching Industrial Corporation was founded in 1993 and has since flourished into its remarkable 30th year. Over the past three decades, Niching has dedicated itself to product development, market expansion, and societal contributions, achieving outstanding commercial success and positive societal impact. To commemorate this significant milestone, Niching held a series of grand celebrations, including the Mt. Jade Self-Challenge, Sports Family Day, Sun Moon Lake Swim, Charity Road Race, and more. These events aim to unite internal employees and families, along with external customers and the general public, to collectively celebrate Niching's achievements over the past 30 years and its future vision.
The theme of the celebration is "BE YOUNG! BEYOND!" This theme not only reflects Niching's enduring youthful vitality but also expresses its confidence and determination in facing future challenges. Niching looks forward to collaborating with customers, partners, and employees to create a brighter future together in the years to come.

A total of 19 employees, including key managers and voluntary employees, participated in climbing Mt. Jade in two groups and successfully reached the summit. This experience showcased the power of teamwork and highlighted Niching's spirit of pursuing excellence -
Sun Moon Lake Swim
To demonstrate their fearless attitude towards challenges, Niching rallied employees and their families to participate in the 2023 Sun Moon Lake Swim event. This initiative aimed to push personal limits and bravely confront unknown and changing challenges.
