Niching Ranked in the Top 6%–20% Tier of OTC Corporate Governance Evaluation
Niching Industrial Corp. (TWSE: 3444) has been ranked in the 6%–20% tier among OTC-listed companies in the 12th Corporate Governance Evaluation (2025) announced by the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and Taipei Exchange (TPEx).
A total of 801 OTC-listed companies participated in this year’s evaluation, which assessed performance in areas including shareholder rights protection, board operations, information transparency, and sustainable development. Niching Industrial stated that the evaluation result reflects recognition of the company’s ongoing efforts in enhancing corporate governance, strengthening information transparency, and promoting sustainable development.
